How to apply to our Supplier Directory

Here’s more detail on our application process & the questions we ask

Follow the steps below and we’ll talk to you soon on your review call!

Step 1 - Apply - complete the Application Form. When we invite you to apply we’ll send you a copy of the questions so you can prepare your responses, but it’s very straightforward. We will also ask for a copy of your standard terms of business, which will be reviewed as part of your application. You pay your Vetting Fee.

Step 2 - NDA - We’ll send you a Non-Disclosure Agreement for you to sign digitally. This is a two-way commitment for both parties to keep information confidential.

Step 3 - Review - We review your application, run a company credit check & review your terms of business and insurance certificates ahead of our call. During our review call, we’ll review your application and discuss your insurance & terms of business.

Step 4 - Launch - We agree on the categories under which you’ll list your business. You sign our contract and pay your Listing Fee. You then submit your website content (text and a video), and we set up your listing page.

Category Listing Order

To ensure fairness & transparency, this is our policy for listing each supplier in each category.

  1. Key services - You can list your business under three categories in the directory. We ask you to rank your services in terms of your key services: 1st, 2nd & 3rd. Looking at one category, we will list all suppliers who are 1st for that category together, then suppliers who selected 2nd, then suppliers who selected third.

  2. Application order - we will then all the 1st/2nd/3rd groupings in the order that they complete their application and pay their listing fee.


So, the order that suppliers will be listed under a category will be:

1st key service - 1st supplier to list

1st key service - 2nd supplier to list

2nd key service - 1st supplier to list

2nd key service - 2nd supplier to list

You will maintain your order for as long as your listing fee is maintained. If you cancel your listing and later re-apply, you will be listed in the order of your position at that time.
