Get CALM Verified

Stand out as a supplier businesses can trust

Stand out as an expert, trusted supplier

We’ve spend years working out who is a trusted supplier, and who isn’t. Our vetting process enables you to highlight your enhanced level of customer care along with passing our CALM Verified assessment.

Our CALM Code of Conduct & assessment asks how you manage customer communications, are accountable to deliver your elements, the business works to a clear legal standard & operates with clear moral and ethical behaviours to its customers and suppliers.

Pass our vetting and you'll receive a one-year CALM Verified Supplier Certification.

What you get:

Your own external-facing page on our site showing the vetting process you've passed, your company information, a company video and a contact form for customer enquiries

A digital CALM Verified Supplier Certificate to use on your website and in marketing, linking back to your IBG page as independent validation

A physical CALM Verified Supplier Certificate for your office

Once approved, your certification is live and renewable annually.

The certification process

Our detailed vetting process covers the following:

  1. Application questionnaire (scaled to the size of your business)

  2. Review of your current insurance certificates, a credit check and any industry certifications

  3. Directors Declaration that all information submitted is accurate.

  4. Vetting review call

Our Fees

This is straight forward. We have heavily discounted micro (1 person) and small businesses (2-10 employees) to make this accessible as we want to encourage as many smaller businesses as possible to have access to this service.

You pay an Initial Vetted Fee followed by an annual Re-vetting Fee as follows:

Next Steps

Step 1: Book & pay for your Vetting Review Call
Book this far enough in advance that you will have time to complete the applications

Step 2: Complete the Vetting Application
Complete this at least 2 working days ahead of your review call

Step 3: Send your insurances and certifications
Ahead of the call we also ask you to send over your insurance certificates and any industry certifications.

Step 4: Complete the Directors Declaration

If you’re not a Director of the company we’ll ask you to get a Director or senior member of the team (depending on the business size) to sign off the information submitted as a fair representation on how you manage your customer relationships.
