Supplier Code of Conduct
This is set of questions to build your website listing.
1. Business Name displayed on the website
1b. If you are using a trading name we'll also advise the legal registered name on your listing so buyers know the legal entity they are working with, so please advise here if applicable. If not, leave blank.
2. What's your business tagline or summary
2b. Please provide a longer description about the business. We'll collect service specific descriptions later so this is an overview.
3. Who will be your key contact. Enquiries will be routed to this person.
4. And their email
5. Backup contact person
6. Backup person's email
7. Where is the business based?
8. What regions does the business support?
9. What industries have you worked with? We will make this into a standard list but for now, please provide a list.
Now, we'll ask which services you'd like to be listed under. This is our first version of the directory. I appreciate that some of the services/words used might not be your preferred description of services so please feel free to add comments at the end (question 30) and we will refine going forward, for our next iteration.
Which services you'd like to be listed for your 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th & 6th services. If your preferred service is not on our list, there is an "other" option under each of the 8 main categories so select that option and advise what the service is in question 16. Any items with an asterisk are not yet added onto our database yet but will be added in the next update. As the list is very long you will need to scroll down to select "next".

Lastly I want to ask you about your ideal customers so we can work out our marketing strategy to align to as many of your ideal customers as possible.
