Until we launch the Supplier Directory in your area, we’ll run it on an ad-hoc basis. This means that when one of our customers needs your services, we’ll provide the three closest Verified Suppliers for them to talk to about their requirements.

Our aim is to provide an independent verification of your business which you can use in your marketing but also create a powerful list of Preferred Suppliers so we can refer you to customers as they need you.

You can find the questions you will need to answer during the application here (sorry about the tiny font, who know’s what’s happening with the settings at the moment) and we follow this up with a company credit check, review of your standard terms of business & insurances.

The journey to receive your CALM Verified Supplier status

Step 1: Apply. Submit your application to start your journey. This includes a commitment to adhere to our Supplier Code of Conduct. Submit requested documentation, book a review meeting & pay the Initial Verification Fee.

Step 2: Comprehensive Assessment. Our review includes reviewing your applicaiton and a company credit check, directors check, a standard terms of business review and a check of your business insurances & certifications.

Step 3: Book a review meeting. We’ll share our assessment of your application and highlight any areas we think you could strengthen. A bonus if you submit bids to customers, as we’ll show you how a procurement team would review your submission - and what you can edit to make any future submissions stronger.

Step 4: Verification Decision. On our call, we’ll discuss whether you meet our standards or need to do some development work first. Once you address any issues, you can reapply for free.

Step 5: Web listing content. We’ll ask for your listing description, your video and check the details we need to create your Verified business listing page.

Step 6 : Certification & Recognition. Receive your digital assets, and we set up your dedicated webpage introducing your business along with a video introduction. On this page, we’ll highlight your Verified status. We’ll also issue your physical certificate.

Optional Step 7: Listing in our CALM Supplier Directory. To bring our customers and suppliers closer together, we’re launching a regional Supplier Directory of Verified Suppliers who provide a range of B2B services.

The entire process typically takes 2-3 weeks, after which you'll hold the CALM Supplier Verification certification, which immediately elevates your business.

*Note : as we roll out the Supplier Directory to each region, we will invite suppliers who we think are best suited to our customers. We look for a mix of different businesses, so selection could be based on niche services, business size, sector experience and a number of other factors. Please don’t be disappointed if we don’t currently have space for your business in the directory.
